Martha Fulcher, owner of Fulcher Productivity Solutions, has been helping clients find customized solutions to their productivity and organizing challenges for over twelve years through consulting, coaching and working with the client on-site. As a wife, mother and business owner herself she understands the tremendous demands made on women entrepreneurs trying to manage a business and a home.

Her mission is to help busy women create and sustain a more productive work environment and a greater balance between work and life. She does this by setting up work flow systems that enable clients to manage their time, space, information, and tasks. She understands that each person is unique so she designs a personal system based on the way they work. She guides them through the process of using the systems, working with them until they develop the habit of using those systems.

Martha helps her clients to understand that the clutter in their minds is just as overwhelming as that in their space. Martha's passion is working one-on-one with her clients to free them from the bondage of clutter, both physical and mental, so that they can focus on what matters most. She also enjoys helping her clients determine their strengths so that they can focus on how they are uniquely gifted.

Martha is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers. She is a Paper Tiger Authorized Consultant and is certified to deliver the proprietary processes, services, and products of the Hemphill Productivity Institute, founded by Barbara Hemphill. She has recently added virtual organizing to her services for clients who do not want or need hands-on help.
